Finished paying off my undergrad loans last year. Felt incredible for about a week. Then I did the math and realized I paid back nearly double what I originally borrowed. I did everything right. State school, part-time job, graduated on time. Still handed a bank fifteen years of my life.

  1. The math on student loans is brutal when you lay it out like that. More people need to share this so it stops feeling like a personal failure.
