What do you all use to actually negotiate a medical bill down, not just call and ask nicely and hope for the best? Got the statement for an ER visit back in September and it's way higher than what my insurance said my share would be. Called billing and the woman just read the exact same number back to me twice, slower the second time, like that was supposed to help. Looking for something that actually gets results, not just a script to recite that still ends with the same bill.
