manager now wants cameras on for every single call including 1 on 1s that used to just be a phone call while i walked around. now i sit at my desk in decent lighting for a fifteen minute chat about nothing. feels like performing normalcy on a schedule

  1. The being on camera for a 1 on 1 thing is so weirdly exhausting. It shouldn't be but it is.

  2. mine did this too and then acted surprised when everyone turned cameras off within a month
