our whole department got merged into another team last week with zero warning, new org chart just showed up in the shared drive one morning. nobody said layoffs but two of the roles on the old chart just arent on the new one at all. going into every meeting now trying to read the room like its a poker table

  2. same thing happened to us in the spring, the roles that quietly vanish from the chart are always the ones nobody wants to say out loud
