Got a $200 charge for a "wellness consultation" that lasted 4 minutes and was basically my doctor saying I looked fine. Insurance didn't cover it. I'm not even mad. Just tired.

Ask them to reclassify it. If it happened during a preventive care visit it may qualify for full coverage under the ACA. Worth a 10 minute call.
