ok so i just found out apparently several of the big platforms have been quietly linking your phone number across every account you have signed into even ones you thought were separate for privacy reasons. i use a different email for like three different services specifically to keep them separate and apparently the phone number undoes all of that anyway. is there an actual way to check what's linked to what or do i just have to start using burner numbers for everything now lol. feels like such an uphill thing to even try to fix by yourself
