Manager scheduled a 'quick sync' for 4:45 on a Friday. It was not quick. It was not really a sync either, mostly him reading his own email out loud to me. Great use of everyone's last hour of the week.

Why do managers think reading an email out loud counts as a meeting? Mine does this constantly and then acts surprised when nobody has questions.
