My boyfriend has started scrolling job listings at like 3am every night since his company did another round of cuts... even though his own job is fine so far. I wake up to the blue light and just lie there, not knowing if I should say something or let him have this. It's been two weeks straight now.

  1. my partner does the same thing except its refreshing the stock app instead of job listings. its exhausting to watch someone spiral like that and not be able to fix it for them
