Honestly how apartments are charging carpet change fees unreasonably and still getting away with it? After moving out from my apartment, they wanted to charge us for "odor" left with the carpet, which can be proven at all and is 100% false accusation, and they just backed off when I asked them to solid proof, what a joke! 😠
