so the city just announced some new parking crackdown thing and i guess its supposed to fix the rip off fees but knowing how this always goes it just means a different company runs the meters now and the price somehow goes up anyway and my block already switched from quarters to an app that charges a service fee just to park near my own apartment and i dont even drive that much so this is really just a tax on whoever still has a car in this neighborhood and nobody voted on any of it it just showed up on the sign one day
