My mom, my two kids, and I all need flu shots this month and somehow three different systems are involved just to make that happen.

Mom's covered through her Medicare plan at one pharmacy, the kids go through the pediatrician's portal that only opens slots two weeks out, and I'm supposed to book mine through my work clinic's calendar which never has anything after 9am. I've had four browser tabs open for two days trying to line these up on the same weekend so I'm not driving to three different places.

Every flu season I think there has to be a better way to do this, and every year I just end up doing it the hard way again because I never find the thing that solves it.

What do you all use to actually keep a family's appointments straight across different systems like this? I'd take anything over four browser tabs at this point.

  1. We finally put our whole family on one shared calendar with reminders for each person's provider portal. It doesn't merge the actual booking systems, but at least I only have to check one place now instead of four.

  2. Four kids here so this is basically my whole October every year Theres no real fix just a lot of tabs and a headache
