Storm warning says 15 inches possible by my area and the only alert Im getting is a vague county wide text that doesnt even say which streets usually lose power first. Last ice storm we were out four days and found out from a neighbor not any app. What do you all use that actually tracks outages by street instead of just the whole county

  1. We switched to a weather app that lets you follow specific substations instead of the whole county, and it has been far more accurate for us than the county alerts. Worth a look before the storm hits.

  2. ngl ours lost power for 2 days last ice storm and the county text came like an hour after we already knew lol. follow by substation is smart
