The road by my place finally reopened this morning, more than a week after the truck went over on the ramp.
No announcement, no sign came down, no post anywhere. I just drove past and the cones were gone and traffic was moving like nothing happened.
Never did get an actual update from the city the whole time it was closed, the group chat guessed right a day before it opened but that was still just a guess.
Guess I'm just glad to have the twenty five minutes back. Anyone else notice stuff like this just quietly end with zero follow up?
