anyone else feel like their AI tools at work are getting them measured on output they have no control over? our team's KPIs got updated to match what AI can supposedly do in a day. feels like we're being set up to fail

i raised this in a team meeting and got told we should "embrace the future". they're not listening until something goes wrong

Document what the AI gets wrong and can't do, and make sure management understands what human oversight is actually catching.
