Know The Boss
Anonymous reviews of managers by name, plus the companies and leaders above them, so you know who you'd really be working for before you sign.
The problem
The manager shapes a job more than anything else, yet it's the one thing you can't check before you sign. Company reviews cover pay, perks and the office, and the person who will shape your days most stays a mystery until your first week. Job seekers who need visa sponsorship have it harder still, because which companies actually sponsor is buried in government data.
The idea
Reviews of the actual manager, by name, from people who worked for them, always anonymous. Every review is screened before it goes live. Sign in with Google and yours can go live right away under a random name; without an account, a person reads it first. A sponsorship page for each company shows its H-1B and green card numbers.
