My bus route got cut to once every 45 minutes starting this month. I rely on it to get to work and now I am late or spending on rideshare I cannot afford. Filed a comment with the transit authority and nothing happens. Anyone know how to actually get a route restored or escalated?
Why is the 38 Geary bus ALWAYS late? I've missed 3 important meetings this week because of unreliable transit. We need better accountability!
