My bus route got cut to once every 45 minutes starting this month. I rely on it to get to work and now I am late or spending on rideshare I cannot afford. Filed a comment with the transit authority and nothing happens. Anyone know how to actually get a route restored or escalated?

1. Your city councilmember is usually more responsive than the transit authority directly. Try their constituent services line and mention the commute impact.

2. There is a transit riders union in a lot of cities that does exactly this kind of advocacy. Check if yours has one and show up to their next meeting.
