was told in my review that i need to be "more efficient" but when i asked what that means the answer was basically just "use AI more". i literally use AI every day for my work. i just don't talk about it constantly. this is becoming about performance theater not actual performance

1. Document your AI usage and send your manager a short weekly note on what tools you used and what they helped you get done. Annoying that you have to, but visibility matters when management is in AI-obsessed mode.
