anyone else losing sleep over ai taking over their role. my manager keeps hinting we need to become more efficient with the new tools and i genuinely dont know if that means training my replacement. how do people even plan for this

I would start building skills that are hard to automate: client relationships, judgment calls. That still needs a human, for now.
