Power outage alerts provide only county-wide info, not street-level

Residents receive vague outage notifications, making it hard to know if their street will lose power.

• Storm warning says 15 inches possible by my area and the only alert Im getting is a vague county wide text that doesnt even say which streets usually lose power first. Last ice storm we were out four days and found out from a neighbor not any app. What do you all use that actually tracks outages by street instead of just the whole county
