• boss now wants me cc'd on emails i have nothing to do with just so he can see what im doing during the day. my inbox is a disaster and i still dont understand the point. any advice on pushing back on this
• my manager scheduled a daily 15 minute check in call just for me, nobody else on the team has one. i feel like im being watched extra closely and i dont know why. how do i ask about this without sounding paranoid
• How do I bring this up without sounding difficult? My boss now wants a written summary of every task before lunch AND after lunch. I have a whole job to do, and now I spend an hour a day reporting on the job instead of doing it.
